When I count the blessings in my life, obviously my children and family are at the top of the list. But following close behind are my friendships with an amazing group of women who might as well be family, and then my job. And let’s face it sometimes they all run together.
You see, some of those women are part of the amazing team I work with every day. They challenge and support me at the same time. In fact, right now, as I write this post, I’m on a project that is definitely a labor of love.
Yes, I’m going on hour 12 of day 4 of a week-long video shoot. And yes, I miss my children. And yes, I’m looking forward to sleeping in my own bed. But, with an amazing client (Natasha!!) and coworker (Joy!!) who both inspire me to push myself in new ways, I know we are making an impact for the business. In this moment there really isn’t anywhere else I would rather be.
