Amber gets things done with a one-two punch: with years of experience in both Human Resources and Training & Development, she can quickly pinpoint what’s most important to clients and deliver results. “Client Satisfaction” could have been her middle name, but in retrospect that would have been a bit odd. She’s done it all – from building onboarding programs from the ground up, facilitating “train the trainer” courses, managing LMS content, to administering benefits – Amber hits the ground running and doesn’t stop until she’s sure everything has been completed to perfection. She loves cultivating strong working relationships with clients and partners, which results in trust. And when mutual trust is involved, the sky’s the limit to what can be accomplished! When Amber’s not exceeding client goals, she loves spending time with her husband and two little girls in Wylie, TX, cooking for family and friends, and taking road trips. Last but certainly not least, Amber loves all things Schitt’s Creek, red wine (or rosé, all day!), and attempting to learn French.
